BAHP works to forge a consensus and find common ground, helping the entire industry – from raw material to final product – strengthen the industry voice.
In both regulation and consumer attitudes, there has been a distinct shift towards increased demand for more sustainable products. Through our task force, we discuss issues surrounding product disposal and necessary infrastructure solutions. We continually monitor and update our members on public policy as it relates to sustainability and how it may affect members’ future product stewardship and innovative technologies.
During a time of rapid change, it is more important than ever that companies are aware of current regulations and how they may change in the future. BAHP offers compliance resources and tools for members to ensure they are operating under the latest guidelines.
